Secure email certificates are available free of charge, we recommend and use

An email will be sent to your email address with a link to your certificate.
Follow the directions and the web site will install the certificate on your
machine.
When you send email messages, you can click the "digital signature" button in
your mail program to include your digital signature, or you can set your mail
program to automatically include it.
When others use your digital signature to send you encrypted email messages,
Outlook will automatically decrypt them when they are opened on your machine.
